The five Blackbird chicks that hatched in a nest in my garden over the weekend 18/19 May have been doing well and both parents have been busy taking food to the nest.
Yesterday my trainer was able to pay a visit and all five chicks have now been ringed.
If all goes well they should fledge anytime after the 30 May so I'll be keeping an eye out for them appearing in the garden.
